2023-2024 (August 14-May 19) Fees

Tuition for lessons at Dance Davidson is an annual fee that students pay in ten monthly installments.

Registration fee and the first tuition installment will be charged upon enrollment.

Tuition charges will occur on your credit card on the 15th calendar day of the month prior. (Exception -September's payment will be drafted on August 31st. Then, October's payment on September 15th, etc.)

Payments can only be made via Master Card, Visa or Discover Card.

Monthly tuition is charged until the studio has received a written notification of cancellation. Please send this notification to tknox@dancedavidson.com. Notification of withdrawal by the 15th of prior month is required for automatic payments to be cancelled for the next month. If withdrawal is after the 15th of prior month, no pro-rated refunds or credits will be given.

The fee is determined by the number of hours a student or family members take per week (see the tuition chart below).

As the number of hours per week increases, the overall hourly rate decreases.
Registration & Tuition Schedule
August tuition will be charged at the time of registration.
August 31st - September tuition will be charged.
September 15th - October tuition & Winter Performance fees will be charged.*
October 15th – November tuition will be charged.
November 15th - December tuition will be charged.
December 15th - January tuition will be charged.
January 15th - February tuition & Spring Performance fees will be charged.*
February 15th - March tuition will be charged.
March 15th - April tuition will be charged.
April 15th - May tuition will be charged.
REGISTRATION FEES: Prior to August 1 - $38.00 for new students and $28.00 for students who were enrolled in the 2023 summer session and/or last semester. After August 1 - $48.00 for new students and $38.00 for students who were enrolled in the 2023 summer session and/or last semester. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Account credit will not be given for registration fees after cancellation.
Cash refunds will not be given. Only credit toward future classes will be allowed, and will be counted from the date of written notification forward, not from the date of the last class attended.
Students will be charged for classes, whether or not they have attended, up to the date they give written notification to cancel.
No refunds will be given. Missed classes may be made up in another class within two weeks of the class missed.
*Performance Costs - There are no costumes to purchase, but there will be a $90 performance fee per dance to help cover performance costs, not to exceed $200 per family. No refund will be given.

Checks or VENMO should be paid directly to the instructor. No credit card draft can be used for private or semi-private lessons.
